While NCIS cutie (and other half of Tiva!) Yael Levy was busy presenting at the Emmy's, Tony Danny Ains spent the afternoon splashing around and soaking up the last days of summer with daughter Maria. Though cooperative at with the photogs at first, he later came over to the group and asked them to leave, telling them they "have [their] shoots" and that he was "just trying to have a nice afternoon with [his] daughter" and that they were "spoiling it for her and making her nervous." He did, however, add on that: "if you want pictures of me, that's fine, just please do it when my daughter isn't around. I'll be happy to talk with you guys, but now isn't the time." NCIS premiers tonight at 8 PM EST.
